Refund Policy

All sales final

Because the Service delivers digital content immediately on access, all purchases are non-refundable. Once you have accessed paid content, you are not entitled to a refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where the Service fails to comply with a non-excludable consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies required by law (which may include re-supply or a refund where the failure is major). Outside those non-excludable rights, the no-refund policy above applies in full.

Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a refund except where such right cannot lawfully be waived.
