1. What we collect

  • Pilot profile data you enter (callsign, faction, gender, helmet/ship choices).
  • Local game progress stored in your browser via localStorage.
  • Anonymous error and diagnostic reports.
  • Request metadata (IP address, user-agent) processed by our hosting providers.

2. Third-party services

We use third-party processors to deliver the Service, including:

  • Lovable hosting (app delivery).
  • ElevenLabs (voice and music generation).
  • Amazon Associates (affiliate tracking for "Gear" links).

These processors handle data under their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use localStorage and similar mechanisms to store your pilot profile, settings, and audio preferences locally on your device. Clearing site data will erase this.

4. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. By using the Service you consent to these international transfers.

5. Safety records

We may retain limited logs to investigate abuse reports and protect the Service.

6. Children

Skyfall Armada is suitable for general audiences, including younger players. We do not knowingly collect personal information beyond what is needed to run the game (pilot profile data stored locally on the device). If you are under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), please use the Service with a parent or guardian. Parents who believe a child has provided personal information through the Service can contact us at nexus.systems.au@gmail.com to have it removed.

7. Your rights (Australian Privacy Principles)

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; use the Service at your own risk.
